I love these sleepsuits. My daughter is disabled & they stop her from taking them off in the night. They are easy to put on as well. I would like to see measurements for them as she is 22yrs old & wears age 13/14.

Not for children with Sensory Issues with seams
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
Unfortunately this is not seamless- i was hoping for a success much like the seamless socks. My Autistic son LOVES the seamless socks. I have bought 5 pairs so far of those. I presumed the adaptive clothing would all have the same seamless style or at least make a zip more of an invisible zip- with a less bulky cover. I needed a onesie or something to tide us over until I found something else to stop him smearing. The problem with this onesie is the zip has a very large seam, as soon as i put it on him he started grimacing. He cannot stand seams, you cannot feel the zip, just a large bumpy seam the length of the onesie. If your child doesn't have a sensory issue with clothing then these are great, nice material, good value at £7. But for a child with sensory issues around clothes they just don't work.

my daughter is autistic and its a struggle to keep clothes on. But thanks to Marks and Spencer their clothing range for older children in vests, body suits and onsies has been a blessing. I truly am grateful that the physical needs of an autistic child has been thought of by Marks Spencers and they have produced some amazing items to help parents and children out. Next day delivery is spot on, even during the covid-19. The quality is perfect, its good, strong material with amazing stitching. The design of fastenings on the back to prevent my daughter getting out is fantastic and its not an eye sore or does it stand out. Very normal, comfortable and very good at washing clothes that I will continue to buy

Useful but shrank!

I really like the sleepsuit, it is perfect for my 6yr old who has additional needs. It prevents him from adjusting his pull up during the night and getting wet. The only downside is that after two washes it has shrank and is now a little short for him, a problem I have encountered before with M&S pjs for myself and is the reason I no longer buy them!

This was perfect for my daughter she is now 10 but small for her age & I have been looking for night wear that closes at the back as she takes her clothes & nappy off. I will be buying more in the future as sizers go right up to 16 years.

Sleep suit is wonderfully soft and stretchy it keeps B comfortable and with no visible fastenings to B he is quite content to wear it, just wish it was available in a larger size as he is already in the biggest

I buy this product regularly but I am disappointed this time. The zip hem has not been finished as normal on all 5 purchased and as a result the zip catches every time repeatedly. It’s very frustrating and such a shame as they have been really good on previous purchases.

what an exceptional quality range of clothing! Thankyou M&S for taking the time to produce fantastic clothing for our very special children with there individual special needs you really have thought long and hard about the designs, cut and quality of the clothing and the finished product is excellent at a very reasonable price which is much welcomed as a lot of special needs items are so often very highly priced and not always of good quality. Please do stop what you are doing and I can’t wait to see what’s in the new collection.

Thank you so much for designing and selling these pyjamas. They are an absolute life-saver for a young man who is in pads and will smear if he gets to them. I wasn't sure if they would fit him since he is fairly wide, but they do fit him perfectly. I will very soon be buying more. Thanks again.

Really helps with my son who is autistic and has very messy nappies. Stops him reaching and smearing. It would be great if they also did them with shorter legs and arms for warmer nights. As long as it still restricts access to the nappy area!

I bought these for my daughter who has severe autism. I have previously purchased this type of nightwear from America and have never really found what I wanted in this country until now. Superb price ,fit, and quality. It was the price that really bowled me over. I have been charged three times this amount for an interior product from other retailers. Well done Marks and Spencers.

I'm really happy with these for my 3 year old. They're comfy and he looks really cool & cute. Probably not suited to winter, as they're just cotton like a t-shirt. They also appear to have shrunk a little in the leg after a 30 degree wash but nothing too bad.
