Perfect design for my granddaughter

I read the previous reviews and think people are buying this item for mobile children and possibly expecting too much from it. It is perfect for children in wheelchairs or with stiff limbs which makes dressing difficult. That this comes in two halves is ideal for my granddaughter, such a simple idea. I only wish that Marks and Spencer’s did a larger range of clothes for these children. The range is limited but at least one of the high street suppliers has seen a need for disabled and children with problems. Thank you Marks and Spencer’s

Ideal for less abled young people!

My experience is I’m buying for a severely physically disabled girl, this looks perfect, enabling carers to put on without unnecessary dragging and hurting, draft in the back not a problem in a wheelchair! Unfortunately size too small. M&S I think you are onto a winner here with a niche market. Please please make in bigger sizes.

I obviously did not read product details. Was surprised to see that it came apart and was in two parts. Not very practical when you dealing with a lively toddler.

Impractical

Really disappointing. Totally impractical for an active toddler - as soon as they bend the Velcro splits front and back despite an appropriately sized fit; and so exposure to cold. Constantly having to stop toddler play to close it up. No alternative options unfortunately so had to shop elsewhere for one that zips close.

Too flimsy with only Velcro fastening. Doesnt stay on or keep the chill out. A real shame, last body warmer that doesn’t fit now just had a zip and was perfect

I think the concept of selling clothes for children who have difficulty dressing in the usual style of clothing is excellent. However, I purchased the ochre gilet for my 4 year old granddaughter and it came apart as she was trying it on. Obviously this isn’t going to be much use in keeping her warm as she plays out so sadly I am having to return it. Unfortunately there are no suitable alternatives. It’s a pity M&S don’t do the same style without the back split.
