Beautiful pillows and they do feel like silk. I've bought several sets of pillows over the last year as I have shoulder pain. They've either been too soft or too hard and I couldn't get a good night's sleep between 2 and 4hrs . Then I came across these pillows and read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try and I'm so glad that I have, they haven't got rid of the shoulder pain but I sleep for 6hrs straight through and wake up feeling rested. For me they're so comfortable and a game changer . Thank you M&S fantastic pillows. Very comfortable and great quality and I'm delighted to get 6hrs sleep. Highly recommend.

Unable to offer an opinion as the product has not yet been received despite being ordered on 26th February. Our latest information was in an M & S email on 12th March advising that the pillows would be ready for collection on 17th March. Seems to be a significant breakdown between the supply service and request for follow up opinions which does not give great confidence in the company or its operations.

I like to renew my pillows every two years. I had not tried these before but they were advertised as medium support and good for both side and back sleepers. They are perfect for me, very comfy, retain their shape and soft to the touch. I would recommend themto anyone wanting a restful sleep. Thank you M&S

Bought these pillows as i have arthritis in my neck.Quality was not very good I purchased 2 Medium Pillows and They were Very Soft and when you put your head on them they dip very badly in the Middle.

There is no way these are medium pillows. They are very very soft. I like a soft pillow but they are almost too soft for me. Hope they stay nice and plump, time will tell. After looking at reviews decided to buy two medium and two hard pillows. I’m glad I did.
