They are nice to sleep on and the pillows don’t move inside.

Not sure if they help with control temperature but I do know they are lovely and soft. Wash and iron well and fit my pillows perfect.

Bought these as a second set, as we have 2 pillows each, good job i did as there are non with the duvet cover.

Nice material, deep colour and decent size. Not used to pillow cases that crease and need ironing, though

I bought these pillowcases thinking they were the same as the M&S Comfortably Cool Lyocell Fitted Sheet, which is lovely soft and cooling. Sadly these Body Temperature Control Pillowcases are very rough to the point of scratchy, even after a number of washes. Also they offer no cooling compared to normal cotton. I'm sorry to say they are a bit terrible.
