Pyjama bottoms

I had obviously not read the description properly as I found they did not have a fly front and my husband needed that. They also seemed pretty long in the leg and I would have had to have shortened them. But the quality seemed fine. But I had to send them back.

All round worthwhile product, a shame it was not available in plain or simpler pattern; I would have bought a second set.

as with trousers tight in front seat

No, I don't recommend this
pockets not deep enough no room in front seat but then this seems to be the norm for M&S with their trousers as well lounge wear should be roomie...these are not bought a size up and still not enough room in crutch shame

Useless as pyjamas

I bought these for my elderly Dad who just wanted some pyjama bottoms for the summer. I thought these 100% cotton two pair pack was perfect for him. On the website it says "pyjama bottoms" on the receipt it says "pyjama bottoms" but on the actual product it says "lounge wear". There is no proper fly opening as you would have on proper pyjamas. Completely useless. Not everyone sits around in their pyjamas all day and certainly not my Dad. Needless to say they didn't come out of the packaging and have been returned. I got some proper pyjamas bottoms in another well known store instead.

Perfect fit and style

I cannot understand why anyone would want a fly in these, they must be missing the purpose of the garment and it would render them unwearable.

For once these pyjamas are long enough for my tall husband. They wash well and the fabric is good. We purchased two sizes bigger than we would for regular trousers, as my husband likes his pyjamas very loose.

Arrived today but going to have to return sadly, my hubby is 5ft 9in and the PJs are about 5 inches too long iv'e bought these before and they have fitted perfectly, on the packaging it states long pants but not on the web site other thbut not short like my hubby. These are great nightwear I hope M&S will do them in a shorter length. PLEASE.

Poor Pyjamas

The colour and general quality are up to the usual M&S standard, but the lack of a fly on gentleman's pyjamas means that they are not really fit for purpose. I do hope that this recent decision can be reversed in the very near future.

IS THIS A JOKE OR WHAT?

Have purchased pj's for years from M&S even when I lived in California! To find these bottoms had no flys is ridiculous. Do men no longer have the old fashioned private parts? What an absolute insult to all men. Will you be selling trousers next with no flys. As a competent seamstress it is clear that a placket where flies should be has been stitched, but would appear a sudden change of production style took over. NEVER again will we buy pj's from M&S. Stop this ridiculous practice, it is silly and NO MEN like it.

My "Locked In" Pyjama Bottoms.

Hitherto I have worn M&S Pyjama Shorts & Tops since they were first introduced. A recent hospital admission caused me to SOS for PJ bottoms. To my consternation - NO FLY and "UNFINISHED" LENGTH - NOT helpful for my constant diuretic regime or my 27in inside leg. This garment was not suitable for the purpose intended. A customer of 84 yrs (out of my 88 yrs) this is the first time I think M&S has lost the way on this item.

Really disappointed if only on line we were told there was no fly ..Would not have ordered my husband has Dementia and is not familiar with pull down pyjamas .I washed these PJ bottoms before intended use most definitely would have returned had l realised they were not suitable ,now l will have to find a way of giving a fly opening to what l consider a really nice quality cotton M/S need to be more explicit with on line details .

These cotton Pyjamas are great, look good, the waist is not tight and I found the two pockets useful. I am now going to buy another pair. Highly recommended. Well done M & S.
