Warm, well-made and smart. Very versatile garment. A tad expensive without a Sparks discount, which I used. At 5'.5" I have to buy the short length. Unfortunately for me, this also means that the body of the trousers from waist to lower hip is too short. Just have to keep on tucking in my shirt.

These feel very synthetic. Great cut and style but fabric is a bit shiny and feel more polyester than wool. Disappointing

Got for work. They’re a bit itchy but kept it as the fit is good compared to others I purchased. Hopefully the itchiness will wash off in time.

I needed a pair of black trousers, preferably wool, so I went for these. The cut and fit are good, although the fabric feels a bit synthetic and not very 'wool' like. Comfortable and good for everyday and work.

I have searched high and low for the perfect black trousers and these are it. Comfortable fit, perfect length. Beautiful weight with a hint of stretch. M&S just keeps getting better at the moment! Please can we have another collection for Spring/Summer and then that's my work wardrobe sorted!
