Nice loafers but poor quality

Bought these loafers for my daughter as school shoes last week. On the fourth day of wearing them, the stitching on one side came undone and the upper part of the shoe started to come apart (see pics). They are nice and affordable, but not worth it if they don't even last one week!

I have bought M&S shoes over the years and the fit has always been excellent. However these have turned into boats on only the second wear. They gape at the sides and are already beginning to slip when I walk. I will need to use insoles. In themselves the shoes look nice.

Lovely reasonably priced loafers but on wearing a couple of times they got very sloppy so I have had to put insoles and heel grips in them. Wish I had walked told the house with them for while and not taken tags off. I would recommend going down a size
