Very uncomfortable boots

[Employee of marksandspencer-en_gb] These boots looked OK in the picture but the leather feels very stiff and makes the top of the boots uncomfortable and there is a seam across the front roughly at the top of my toes and led to a blister there on the first wear. Wish I'd just returned them when I felt the leather but sadly I've now worn them so too late

Love these boots. I noticed a comment about the seam at the front, but personally I think they are lovely. They are very comfortable and stylish, whilst not being too high which is perfect for me as I have problem knees, but it doesn't mean I have to look frumpy. Would highly recommend.

These are well made with good quality leather. They are comfortable as the heel is just the right height for me and wide fitting enough without being too wide. The damson colour is a lovely change to black so I’m sure I will get lots of wear from them.

Love these boots! Great fit, perfect heel height. Managed to get the brown and croc suede versions in the sale as fantastic bargains, so returned these in the hope they will be reduced too. Lots of reviews advising leather is stiff around the ankles, but luckily I’ve not found that.

Love them. Wide fit so perfect amount of space and the kitten heel means they are comfy and not onerous to walk on with a flattering style too. They might have had a slightly less firm leather and narrower ankle but hopefully they'll soften on wear

3rd time lucky trying to find some comfortable yet attractive boots from M&S. These are a nice fit and a dainty heel. Only thing not keen on was the seem that runs down the front and side, i didnt spot that online, but nevertheless they still look OK and i feel like the best i can get for the money thats comfortable.
