These shoes are beautiful that chain detail in the middle looks cute n really nice. I was unsure about the quality and comfort, however I found these shoes very comfortable soft leather and feels so soft in my feet. Looks trendy as well.

I bought your loafers because I have been searching for ages for a nice pair of WIDE FIT soft leather cream/beige loafers. Although I liked the shoes I did not find them as comfortable as M & S’s own brand of wide fit ladies shoes, and I did not like the construction of the shoe round the heel, it was too soft, so sadly will return them. A lovely pair of shoes, just not for my feet.

Nice to get a wide fit, good quality pair of flat but smart loafers for a change. Most of them are too casual, but these are very classy. I can no longer wear heels, so finding a really smart flat like these is perfect.

The description says wide fit and although I am normal fit, I ordered a pair. Unfortunately, having to return as I cannot get them on! VERY narrow. Shame.
