Velour Slippers with Freshfeet™

Only had the slippers a week and the insole has become unstuck. Very disappointed with the quality. I have had to glue the insole back in myself.

One has a sloppy side wall and unstable heal when walking.

Bought for elderly husband, look smart and fit well. Sadly the composition of the sole doesn't like our carpets. They scuff balls of fibres out of it and have made the cream carpet grey. Every day I'm picking up two or three woolly clumps, and the colour is impossible to clean up

The inside of the slippers, other side of the velour, were rubbing on the skin of my foot, so much so I had to wear socks. The external heal on both slippers is starting to show the stitches and fray so will soon have to be returned to store for a refund

M & S slippers used to be excellent . The sole was a rubber compound and very long lasting, It now has a fabric element which leaves black bits on the floor after 2 weeks wear

I bought the slippers to replace my previous ones which were the same M&S brand and style which have lasted for more than 4 years with fairly heavy use as a pensioner, some outdoors as well as indoors. These new ones are of the same high quality and comfort and look really smart if I am wearing them when entertaining visitors at home.

Good quality, warm and serviceable, just what we wanted. Have purchased before and they were very hard wearing and durable Would recommend
