Tweed Button Front Mini Waisted Dress

Great shame, crazy short, fab material and would have loved the style but needed at least 5cm more. Skimped on the cloth!

I bought this after reading positive reviews. It is a beautifully made dress, lovely fabric, very smart, fitted well. Unfortunately had to return as I am not sure when I would wear it. If I was still working it would have been very useful. Although I love it, it would be a waste to buy and it hang in the wardrobe for ages waiting for the right moment.

This dress feels and looks a lot more expensive than it is. Length is ok on me (5ft 2ins) I comes just on the knee. Not worn it yet but hope to get a lot of wear out of it, do not hesitate to buy .

I was pleased to get this dress as I thought it was very smart, however it’s fit was very poor when on, it also felt very uncomfortable. Literally like wearing a big jacket, it’s the same material. Returned.

I bought this after buying the black and white version . It’s beautiful . So well made and will be a wardrobe classic .

Oh no, done it again! I have bought this dress in Black, Red, 2 blues, Green, Pink and just ordered the new Lurex one! Gorgeous and classy. I am a size 16 and I buy these dresses in 16. Got the tweed skirts too. That tweed designer wont stop bringing out these gorgeous, classic, amazing tweed collection, so I feel I have no choice but to buy them!! Thank you M+S for bring out stunning collections like this, its what you do best!

Lovely dress - Fits true to size. I am normally size 6-8 top and size 8-10 bottom, 1.67 tall. This dress in size 8 fits well, the length of the dress is just on the knee, if you do not like your knees (like me), you will not like this dress. It is a little stiff due to the thickness of the fabric, but I guess it allows it to hold the shape and it may soften once washed. Its very Jackie O :)

I bought the dress in red and love it. Perfect fit and length for me. Very classic. Highly recommend!

I have been collecting M & S tweed dresses.So far, I got 4 of them, including this black one. This black one, is so elegant and made with quality material. I truly recommend this beautiful dress.

Really loved this dress, but in black it was a bit too formal for what I wanted so returned. Length was just right for me at 5ft 1in size 12. Had a bit of trouble doing up the peep hole buttons but once done up was fine. M@S now do this in black and white tweed so have ordered this one. Hope this fits just the same. Would really recommend.

This dress was really stylish and of good quality but it was way too short for me. I even looked to see if the hem allowed an alteration but it didn't sadly. I would have loved it just above the knee, knee length or just below but thigh length is way out of my comfort zone!! (I'm 5'8") For anyone who likes the length it's a beautiful smart dress.

This dress has been delivered today and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. This is the second tweed dress I have bought from M&S. Bought the green mix one in January which I was also very pleased with, however it was just a little bit too long and I had to have it taken up as I prefer to wear my dresses slightly over the knee. This one, however, is the perfect length for me. Size 8 again was a perfect fit. I really cannot fault this dress at all. I don’t often buy dresses from M&S but couldn’t resist this one. It really is of a very high quality and excellent value for money . I cannot wait to wear it. I hope M&S will do more of this style in different colours as I will buy them all.
