Sorry M&S - not to your usual standard

Purchased immediately before going on holiday expecting M&S usual quality but was sadly disappointed. The sole plate seems to drag the fabric with it and doesn't make light of the task. Thankfully there was a domestic iron at my holiday destination which I made use of.

What a fabulous little iron and steams really well. I actually bought to use for my crafts and is perfect. Also small enough and light enough to travel with.

I've bought this to use in my craft room for small projects whilst sewing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it for this purpose. The steam is powerful, it's lightweight and would do the job intended if you were to take it away on holidays.

Its received good reviews from other buyers so we bought one to use on a ship that requires American voltage. I'm afraid we tried everything to move from UK / Europe power supply to American and gave up. Normally it would entail a lever to move across from one voltage to another. . A shame as its a nice small iron and I'm sure does a good job. Therefore its going back

This steam iron worked well and removed creases from cotton garments. A useful product to take on holidays.

I agree with all the other reviews on this Iron. I bought it for a trip to Italy and it really was an effective little iron. Most travel irons I have tried in the past have not really been worth having but this was is just like an little ordinary iron rather than a wishy washy travel iron.

Amazing value travel iron - such effective steam

I was unsure that such a small iron would be able to give sufficient steam to iron creased clothes that inevitably happens when travelling. To put the iron to the test I tried it on a pair of jeans I had shortened, just to see how effective it would be. I felt if it could deal with jeans, it could deal with anything I might take on holiday. It proved very successful, I was amazed. It generated good heat and steam. The iron performed admirably, was easy to use and had a decent length cord. The only thing that does not come with the iron is a travel bag/case to put it in. It is well worth the purchase price and is securely packaged on receipt.

I've been looking for a travel iron for a while and this one is perfect! It's compact, lightweight and easy to use. The steam function is great and the high temperature gets rid of all the creases. Definitely the best travel iron I've ever owned!

I wasn't expecting much from such a small iron, but was pleasantly surprised. Build quality seems good too, but I've only used it on one trip, so it's too early to tell.

I bought this travel iron as it was lighter than others on the market (important when travelling via Ryanair!!)-I am absolutely delighted with it -it is neat and heated up quickly plus it gives steam -a real bonus when ironing linen . I took it away with me 2weeks ago and it only took a few mins to effortlessly iron my nicely creased linen trousers (did a better job than my standard iron at home)I would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering buying it .

I recently purchased this small iron and have used it once. Due to difficulties with lifting I do not iron anything now. However, this small iron is very light for me and ideal for that odd occasion when something small needs a press. When I used it, it heated very quickly and worked well and was easy to fill with water using the small jug provided. I am very pleased.

I have today returned from my holiday abroad where the iron was in constant use, as most of my clothes are cotton or linen. The iron is excellent with the steam function so useful. Highly recommended. Also lightweight for your case.
