Bought this in the winter sale, so was a bargain. Very warm & cosy for those dark, wet & windy days. Nice to have a longer length as well to keep al clothing covered up. I am a 14 & usually buy coats a size larger. Reviews said that it comes quite roomy & it fits a treat.

This coat is so warm and cosy , nice fit , one thing i did find thought the front pockets are bit high up , or maybe i have long arms , other than that its fantastic .

I had been after this coat for ages when I first set my eyes on this style of coat from a rival shop. Unsurprisingly sold out faster than you could press the sale submit key to my dismay! My chance arrived when it became available again but no size other than one sized 8 left, so threw caution to the wind and hit the button!!! To my delight, my order arrived in the shop for collect.....well, sometimes when one manages to place an order, it can be a disappointment from a mere apologic email few days later and yes had that happened to me more than once!!!! I am a normal size 10 and size 8 was actually perfect for me with room for a warm jumper. The cuffed sleeves helps for a better fit, but length wise came down to hovering above my ankles. Ideally would be perfect if it was a inch shorter. Could have got another similar version but shorter length, but it didn't have the side splits and cuffs features which I liked! Anyway, it certainly like wearing a wrapped warm duvet and I consoled myself in the knowledge that it meant to be like a duvet, so the length is certainly acceptable for me! Got what I wanted and not letting go! I wish M&S would be more friendly to the petite height population like they are with the bigger ladies. After all, we are in the modern age now where equality is not a taboo subject anymore!!! Now I can finally indulge my duvet days guilt-free......as if! Welcome to duvet days!

I was skeptical about whether man-made fibres would be as warm as a down coat but this is really cosy. The longer length works well (I'm only 5"2 so it's almost ankle length on me) and the fit is roomy but not oversized (I'm a 10). Fleece lined pockets are a great touch too, really warm. Totally worth the money, this is really good value.

This coat is the best investment so far. I put it on and I’m snuggly. The only gripe is the pockets don’t do up so I’m worried I will lose whatever is in it x

I bought this coat 2 weeks ago and apart from problem with the zip I'm very happy. Keeps you cosy and warm on wild windy days and nice and dry on rainy days!

Love this coat - really lightweight & warm. Zip can be a bit fiddly at times but that’s possibly due to the fact that I haven’t got my glasses on! Also I love where the pockets are situated & thanks to a previous review I found the inside pocket! Would love to get the khaki colour too but not available. Size wise I went for my usual 16 & can wear a chunky jumper under it. Love the length too - I’m 5’8” & it’s great to have a long coat !

Amazing and warm.. Its like walking round in a sleeping bag but still very stylish. I would recommend ordering two sizes smaller than your usual size as they do come up very very big

I've been wanting a navy puffer coat for a while and it's been tricky to find one the right length. I waited about a month for this one to come back in stock and received it yesterday. Unfortunately it has to go back. The zipper doesn't work (seems to be a design fault as it's mentioned in other reviews) so it's completely useless as it doesn't stay closed.

Size 12 is very big, size 10 was too small across the shoulders. It’s warm but if it wasn’t so big around the body it would have been warmer.

I always buy size 12 coats and this was just huge on me. I could’ve fit another person inside. It’s not just oversized, it’s so so big. Such a shame as seems like a lovely coat. Had to return.

I was excited to receive this coat. Its the length and colour I've been looking for. I sized down as per other reviews and the coat fit perfectly. Unfortunately I havent managed to get the zip done up so the coat is going back sadly. Its perfect other than the zip but given the coat is for cold weather I need a working zip that isn't going to cause me issues

I am very impresses and happy with my coat! It is very warm and soft. I like the idea that you can undo buttons at the side of the coat, it comes very handy when I need to talk to my toddler and need to go to his level. When it rains it does dry very quickly. Thank you!
