Nice looking slippers but feel a bit rough on the sole- perhaps the shaping of the fitting surface.

Really comfortable; soft and warm. Only issue is the label - why not print it on inside? I cut my label out.

Very comfortable, they keep their shape really well, no slumped heel on these which shows the quality. Very happy with these, even purchased a pair for my mum too!

Cosy and comfortable but no adjustment
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
if these last as long as my previous pair I shall be very pleased. Comfortable and warm. I would have given full five stars were it not for the fact that you cannot adjust them. Although it appears you can make them tighter by pulling the cord that goes around the top of the slipper (as with most moccasins), the bow appears to be stitched and stuck down and therefore not possible to undo and pull tighter.

A lovely present for Christmas, bought for my daughter.

Hard stitching inside
No, I don't recommend this
Very disappointed to say these expensive slippers are not finished very well. There is a seam or a stitch left very rough inside the slipper so I had to return them

Nice but too early to tell how well they will last

These were bought for my wife, as I have the M&S account. These were bought as a last resort because she's now had six pairs of slippers in the last year including two from M&S the remainder from the big online market begins with A. These seem better quality than the last pair and 'should' last longer. They do cut into her heels so we've had to cut a very small notch into the heel support which seems to have done the trick. The material feels fairly good quality so overall pleased. Only four stars because she's only had them a short time so difficult to provide a decent review. Time will tell how long they last. It's just a shame we can't get the same ones we've always had - no longer sold by M&S. These are expensive for what they are though.

The left slipper was fine but the right one had some hard stitching which rubbed my toe joint sore. I had to implant some fabric inside to overcome the problem and slightly stretch the slipper.
