Replacement for my previous chain detail black suede as super useful with midi dresses and black tights. Same size but I tend to catch toe on these, so maybe sole teeny bit longer? Like the bow detail as bit smarter. Usually wear trainers.

Stylish, good fit and comfortable. I bought these because I had previously purchased ones with a full bow and these are the nearest to the previous purchase which were very comfortable. Hopeful colour range will expand.

I’ve bought many pairs of loafers from M&S over the years and I’ve been happy with them, which is why came back for more. These have the thinnest soles imaginable, so you can pretty much feel every sharp paving stone, gravel or rock on the ground. There is no arch support either, so after a full day at work, my ankles, knees and hips began to ache as a result. I also bought a pair in cream leather, but there are no concerns with the sole or arch support. There appear to be inconsistencies in the manufacturing of these shoes, which may deter me from buying from M&S in the future.

Wanted a pair of plain black shoes that would be comfortable and these fitted the bill perfectly. They may get a bit loose as time goes on as they are a wide fit, but that’s ok.

These are really comfortable shoes - I have the same style in 5 different colours!!! However at first I was put off by the description. All the shoes I have bought have been regular fit and I didn’t want wide fit. So if you want regular fit shoes these are for you. PLEASE NOTE M & S THEY ARE NOT WIDE FIT SO AMEND THE DESCRIPTION. I was so pleased I looked at the reviews - mainly because I couldn’t understand why they were only getting 1 star. They had been bought by people who wanted wide fit so naturally they were disappointed. I ordered them despite the description of wide fit - and I was delighted when they arrived and were indeed REGULAR FIT!!

M&S you need to change the headline description. I had the original wide-fit suede bow loafers, which I was able to wear all day in great comfort when I first tried them. So, I was thrilled to find another iteration of wide-fit loafers. WRONG. When they arrive they are labelled as standard fit, and they are just that. Too small. Sent back immediately. I will let M&S know about this separately.
