Suede A-Line Midi Skirt

I read some reviews before I bought this skirt. They were correct I bought a size 14 instead of a 12. It is the waist that would have been tight.. It is a great look, but needs boots and just the right top to set it off. It is heavy and would not look good on anyone under 5*6" Very stylish, and well made. good strong material.

Based on other reviews I went into store to try this and had to size up. It is definitely a very small fit. However, it is beautifully made of an excellent grade of suede and will be useful for many occasions.

Yes a considered purchase but beautiful quality and perfect for this time of year x can wear with heels, boots or flats .... dress up or down. Yes a little on the small size and did order a size up after reading other reviews but fitted perfectly. Very happy x

Marks have done where many retailers fail; a soft buttery suede skirt in a gorgeous colour. Even my 21 year old daughter loved it and has asked for one for Christmas, as long as her 43 year old mother promises not to wear it at the same time! Admittedly, I had to size up but it’s well worth it as it didn’t make me look any bigger. However, nobody wants to feel they have to size up so please do something to change your inconsistent sizing M&S. All in all a fantastic purchase!

Impossible to try on as the button hole was too small to allow the button through. Poor quality control!!!!!

i was delighted with the skirt, it fitted well looks good with silk shirt and very smart. Great to wear with long boots. I thought it was a little bit long but that is a personal opinion I didn't consider returning it.

Have been undecided about buying this skirt for such a long time, at such a price you have to be sure. Anyway I finally took the plunge and am so glad I did. It really is beautiful! Haven't worn it yet but It will look good both dressed up or down. Anyone buying this please take note of the reviews about sizing, you will definitely have to size up. There is no way my normal size 16 would have fitted & as much as I didn't want to I had to order an 18. I agree with another reviewer that it's not particularly flattering having to order a bigger size than usual but hey, if you want it then there really is no choice & at the end of the day no one else will know. Go on buy it, you won't be disappointed!

I purchased this skirt in a size 16 re reviews that it was small hence it did not fit at all I measured against a M&S Skirt size 14 and the size 14 was miles bigger all over there is no way I would order a size 18 I think M&S need to look at their sizes , their sizing has gone off the rail Hence I returned the skirt I loved the skirt but felt offended on the sizing Skirt well made looked absolutely fabulous

This is a stylish suede skirt, suitable for a variety of occasions. It fits well and is a good length. It replaces the suede skirt in size 16 I bought last year as I now fit size 14. It is a lighter colour than last year's version so slightly more high maintenance.

Beautiful skirt, perfect for autumn/winter and be ideal to dress up or down depending on occasion, lovely quality material. Looking forward to wearing it. Read reviews online before purchasing and ordered size larger than normal which fitted perfectly

My ratings are based on appearance only. My usual size (10) was nowhere near wide enough and I have had to order a size 12 so consequently I cannot comment yet on the overall fit. It is really exasperating not to have consistency of sizing especially when ordering online.

I am so pleased I bought this skirt, class, smart, dress up or wear more casual, the suede is so soft and luxurious. When I wore it on a night with a cream lace blouse I teamed it with natural stockings and heels and the compliments from real women were really complimentary with lots asking where I had bought it from as they wanted the same, I also wore it out shopping with a jumper and jacket teamed with opaque tights and mid heel Boots, again lots of compliments from real women in how smart but still casual it looked.Well done M&S style and quality in equal measures.

Despite paying nearly £200 for this suede skirt it arrived all crushed up in a plastic bag with marks on the suede looks like already been worn. On returning it to store the assistant agreed it very poor and I would be need to go up a size as not true to size. However I won't re-order as I expect an item this price to arrive in better condition. Already had to return 3 leather skirts for poor sizing issues just so disappointing when hoping to buy quality clothes. What is happening to my favourite Autograph Brand.
