Star Print V-Neck Midaxi Tiered Dress

I remember the Ghost dresses M & S sold years ago (still have one) so excited to hear about this new collaboration. Fabric a good weight, but the printed stars looked a bit cheap. The make up was good, though the side zip was difficult to pull up over the seam. An elasticated seam rather than a rigid one would have fitted a wider range of people with ease. I am just over 5 feet tall, so the dress was ankle length on me. Perhaps two lengths could be offered in future. The V neck was too low and the shoulders too wide for my frame. Disappointed I had to return it, but hope comments will be taken on board if a further range is offered. As product returned, cannot comment on washability, but imagine it would wash well.

I loved the star pattern, length, soft material, style of this dress but unfortunately the sleeves didn't work for me. They just had too much volume and ended in with an elasticated cuff that didn't feel comfortable and were too short on me. Shame!

The material didn’t feel nice at all and the dress wasn’t lined. The body was quite short on me (5’8’’) so the seat was under my bust which wasn’t flattering. I have returned!

This is a really gorgeous dress. It is very flattering and beautifully made. It would suit any age group and is guaranteed to make you feel good.

Thought I would try something different. Saw the Ghost dresses in an article so ordered a couple. Sorry to say didn’t like the material, bit cheap, or the style. V neck very low, but if you like showing your boobs, it will be ok. Overall disappointed. Can’t comment on how it washes, as dress was returned.

I bought this dress for Christmas although I can see it being a useful addition to my wardrobe. I was really pleased with the finish and the way the dress hangs. It is easy to dress up or down and is a good weight,ie not flimsy. I think it represents very good value for money

I was very excited to see M&S were doing a collaboration with Ghost. I ordered this dress as soon as it became available. Everything about it is perfect - great cut, good fabric, fits well & looks great. I’ve worn it a couple of times teamed with biker boots & had many compliments, some from random strangers. I’d like to buy another couple of styles but they all sold out so quickly.

I put this dress on over my head, I didn`t notice the side zip until later. Some people wear the elastic at the waist but on me it fits neatly under my bust, and the dress flows from there ( I have a longer torso than average). The dress looks stunning and will be ideal to wear at Christmas with boots or flats.

..but the style didn't suit me and it was too big so unfortunately have returned it.

This dress is loose and comfortable apart from where is gathers as a high waist. I am always a size 10 in M&S but I simply couldn’t do the side zip up on this dress it was too narrow although everywhere else was loose and fitted fine. Frustrating that a dress that looked easy fitting and comfortable is poorly sized

The dress is beautiful. It’s well made and the fit is excellent, a dress which feels and looks much more expensive that it is. I’m going to wear it for Christmas Day, now than we can now have it with family again. I haven’t worn it yet so don’t know how well it washes.

Took a chance on this dress as it’s not my usual style and I’m only 5’ 4”. Im very pleased that the dress isn’t too long on me and does have the intended “Midaxi” look as advertised. I can be between a size 6 and 8 so ordered both to try. The size 6 was better as the dress is quite large on the top, so I’ve kept that one (so if you are looking for a size 8 keep an eagle eye out as I’ve returned it today!) I just have to learn how to style the dress now abs get confident enough to wear it!
