Spiro™ Hand-held Spiralizer

I've had trouble with spiralisers before but this one was easy to use and the container is a decent size. It's fine with courgetti but I suspect it may be harder trying to spiralise carrots, as I had to press quite hard with the courgettes.

This small gadget is efficient, easy to use and easy to clean. Well made and sturdy.

Handy for a quick fresh salad or stir fry even a sandwich, give it a try. Take on picnic

OK for what it is designed for, although use limited by items having to be cut up quite small to start with.

I bought this for my elderly mother to grate carrots, she found it very difficult to use so gave it to me. It is not very good for grating so I decided to keep as a spiraliser. It is difficult to use you have to press very hard and it wastes quite a lot of the veg. I would not recommend. The quality of the material is good and it fits together well but does not do what it says on the tin!!

It i s difficult to use if the vegetables are not the same circumference as the spiralizer and you have to apply lots of force to make it work. It does the job but with extra effort

The singularly most useless item I've ever bought. It doesn't actually do anything even slightly effectively, really don't bother to buy.

The Joseph Joseph spiralizer is a lovely thing to look at but sadly not quite up to the job. It does not keep vegetables firmly in place while you twist it. It can be a hit or miss if it works or not. I feel a bit let down by it and would not recommend it.

It is the perfect size for a family of 2. Only tried it on a courgette. Not sure if it will work as well with a carrot. Love the different types of cuttings.
