I bought this as it looked good. I tried to use it after I filled it. When I tried to depress the pump, I couldn’t press it because of the arthritis in my fingers. Anyone who has arthritis, steer clear!

Looks very neat, you need to press on the back part to release soap which can be confusing for guests, otherwise perfect

No instructions on how to get top off to fill - you have to pull hard and hope it does not break. The card wrapper was attached with a piece of gel - took me sometime to get off the item and even longer to get the mess left on it, off completely. Sadly it 'does not do what it says on the tin' - it DRIPS 2 or 3 times after using, every time, makes a mess down the front of container. As you do not know that until used it, cannot return now. I always thought Joseph Joseph goods were expensive but good quality - not so with this item. I only put in a full 250ml new liquid soap so not over full. Disappointing.
