The product details list these bowls as 11.2cm in height. This is why I ordered them. They are in fact 5.2cm high and so a total waste of my time and money. However, if you are not looking for *larger* bowls, they are very nice

I bougt my original coupe dinner service almost 20 years ago. I've been really pleased that M&S have continued to make it, although it has morphed into Maxim Coupe and now just Maxim. They don't seem to stock it in shops any longer but are sporadically available online. The shape of the plates dishes has varied very slightly over the years, but these new bowls seem to be considerably smaller and although they fit in the older bowls when stacked the older bowls do not fit inside the new. Despite having 8 of everything, I think maybe it's time to choose a new dinner service

I love the Maxim Coupe collection and have lots of pieces left despite several items being broken. Disappointed as they were no replacement side plates. I ended up purchasing smaller Coupe side plates, that are not (M&S) pure white from a large leading competitor. They are simply, not as good.

I bought these bowls to replace some of the same I already had. They have lasted years and are excellent quality. I only needed more because we have chipped a couple of them. I hope M&S keep these going for many more years.
