This works for me

I have been loyal to this since I first bought it. My hair is thick, unruly and coarse but this makes it softer and more manageable. I am pleased that they have not changed the ingredients, unlike restore shampoo which I loved but is now a thin and watery and makes my scalp itch.

Don't bother

No, I don't recommend this
I bought the trial pack of this hoping it would help my thick, dry, wavy hair. I have used this twice and both times instead of being soft and silky my hair was dry and very flyaway. The smell is nice so I gave it a star for that. Save your money and don't buy this product.

Luxury Treatment For Your Hair

I opted to give this shampoo a chance after reading the positive reviews and have to say am smitten by this product. After a bad hair colouring experience at a hairdressers, my hair had become so dry when washing it it had the texture of candy floss, so I began some research to find something that would help to restore its condition. I had heard of Living Proof products and after seeing M&S stocked them, when a 20% discount was on offer I chose to take the plunge. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and perfecting spray and even after one treatment felt that my hair had improved and after three treatments was hooked. My hair was super-soft, so much so I couldn't help run my fingers through it and sung its praises to my hubby instating he felt its texture. It may be an expensive outlay initially, but you do only use a small amount and I've also found that I have only needed to wash my hair every 3 or so days. Love this product so much I've already purchased a replacement batch and will certainly be keen to try the other products in this range.

This shampoo and conditioner have really improved my hair texture! I just wish there was more for the price. I only use paraben and silicone free products which can sometimes not lather well or leave your hair feeling dry, but the Living Proof products are the best I have ever used. My hair feels so soft and smooth and frizz-free every time! Have replaced all my hair products with Living Proof ones now.

Great conditioner

Really nice light conditioner that works well. Best kept to the ends of the hair as mine is fine and it can go flat easily. It rises out well and gives my hair a great shine and it’s easy to comb through as it dries. Previous conditioners have proved hard to rinse out. It’s great that it’s parabens free and a little definitely goes a long way. I would recommend this if you have coloured hair.

Chemically Straightened life saver

Yes, I recommend this
I have had my Caucasian coarse hair chemically straightened and coloured for over a decade. I previously used phyto shampoos to soften it but for the last 4 years I have been using this Living Proof range in the pink bottle. I can only say that it has been a complete game changer and my hair is always de-frizzed, shiny and manageable. Like the other reviewer, I often get positive comments on the appearance of my hair. Yes, it is expensive but only in comparison to other products that don't work!

On my third bottle!

I love this conditioner, it is expensive but the bottle is fairly large and lasts me months. Have been using it for a couple of years now, it softens my dry hair naturally curly making it bouncy and manageable. Initially it was exclusive to salons, so pleased M&S now stock it.

Really disappointed

I bought this in store. I have thick, coarse hair that is dry and thought this sounded perfect and would help it. It is the most expensive conditioner I have ever purchased and found it has done nothing to help and if anything has made my hair even drier. My Daughter has used it on her straight, shiny hair and thinks is has made her hair drier too. I don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case would not recommend and certainly would not repurchase - I am not even sure I will use the rest of the bottle.

I use this product along with the shampoo. It is made by using technology from those clever people at MIT. I have coloured hair that needs nourishment and has been damaged from heat styling. I began using these products along with the restore mask once a week. My hair looks shiny, feels healthy, and is not weighed down or greasy. My friends and work colleagues have commented on how well my hair looks. This product is worth every penny and is a must-have. Use in conjunction with the prime style extender for even better result. If you do not wish to buy the full size - use the trial size discovery kits first.
