Omg these are so soft and so comfortable I originally saw these in store but didn’t get them, so went online a few weeks later and only had a size 22 left I’m normally a 20 but M&S do come up small I always say. Anyway I brought them and so glad I did lovely and comfy I had the black pair, just need some more sunny days to get to wear them more.

Good fit

I bought these a few weeks ago. They’re very comfortable & a great colour. They have a turn up which looks great. Downside it’s not fixed so after sitting its no longer a turn up & looks untidy. I have hand stitched it in place. M&S this needs resolving for future production as they are very nice apart from this!

I bought a pair a month ago and I’ve since bought another white cotton paid and now the burnt orange. They are try to size I’m a 10. I haven’t stopped wearing them in the summer they are my go to for walking the dog, in the house or having a city break. Love the quality and wash well too.

I bought the orange ones and love the colour. The fabric is really soft and comfortable. They are a bit shorter than I have been used to lately but that just reflects my age (66) and realisation that my legs aren’t as shapely as they used to be.

I turned turn ups down due to it sagging. Quite difficult unstitching the the two holding stitches. Had to be really careful not to make pulls in material

I ordered these shorts but the length of them was not quite right / flattering for me. The downside was that the turn-ups drooped. If I had decided to keep them I would have needed to add a few stitches to hold them up.

I got these shorts because they are cotton. They are super soft. The only reason I have not given 5* is because the hem is turned and stiched only on the sides which means the turn does not stay up. I have unpicked them so they hang straight and the length is perfect for me

No, I don't recommend this
I bought these shorts via click and collect and they are a lovely colour and soft to the touch. Only disappointment is with the turn ups on the shorts they seem to sag and don’t look right (not like the picture). As I like the shirts I have just seen them up which isn’t ideal but fixed the issue.

Horrible, just horrible

The fabric really wasn't pleasant. A kind of strange soft brushed cotton, not what I'm looking for in a pair of summer short. I didn't ever try them on and returned straight to M&S

Bought online but the item when it arrived looked nothing like the pictures. I liked the colour, thats the only good thing I can say about them. The material was flimsy, the fit was very wide in the leg. They were returned.

Soft material but turn-ups roll down

Beautiful soft material but so soft that they drape down at the back and the turn-ups unravel making them look baggier. I’ve returned them.

These shorts are a good fit and the material is cool to wear so good in hot weather. However the folded back hem would not sit properly so I unpicked it and wear the shorts without this. I was surprised by this as usually M&S turn back hems are absolutely fine. Disappointing.

These are a lovely pair of shirts BUT they have turn ups that are only sewed at seemed and flop down looking ridiculous. I had to sew them up all the way round and if you are not handy with a needle these are not for you. Happy with them now but why they are not better secured ( double over twice too so they really do hang down )

Unfortunately I had to return these, for the style of shorts this fabric is just too thin. Such a shame .
