Pure Cotton Striped Turtle Neck Jumper

What is going on with sizing ? Size 8 fits perfectly...nice and loose and sleeves good length. I’m a 12-14 normally so took several attempts to get a good fit.

Striped Top....so purchased a size 14 (my usual size) and much too large, returned and ordered at 12, still much too big. When I last checked size 10 had sold out...I assume as all those who ordered 12 and 14 had to go down to a 10!

Stylishly designed, original design, well-made, but the piece is coming up a little large, with the 14 fitting more like a 16.

I ordered this top in a smaller size than the one I would normally request following comments from other people. However, I when I tried it on it looked awful, shapeless and still too big so I am afraid it is going back.

This top is casual but smart. It does not crease. For those of us with a little extra weight around the middle, it hides the giveaway spare tyre!!!! The neckline i like because flatters the neckline.

I really like this top and went for it as it's pure cotton, and that helps to reduce getting static, which i was getting all the time from man made fibres. I saw the reviews which said this top came up big, but decided to go for my regular size. I think it's because it has batwing type sleeves that is seems big, as the material for the sleeves starts lower down on the body, but I'm glad I went for my regular size. It is a boxy style top, rather than fitted, which hides lumps and bumps which is good!

Purchased this top in a size 10 as read some reviews that the top was big fitting. I’m a size 12 and the 10 fitted well: not too baggy. Also got 20% off which was good.

But was disappointed by the fit. It was absolutely huge and quite shapeless. I will try a smaller size or 2 smaller sizes but the arms were very baggy and I don’t hold out much hope. Why so big?

Love this top looks classy as well as casual wear with jeans and in spring with white jeans. Did go down a size as it comes up quite generous. Would certainly recommend

Some of us seek short boxy tops because we love them. There are thousands of long tops available everywhere, I will never understand anyone who purchases an obviously short boxy top then complain that it isn't long enough. If you want a long top, then purchase a long top, there is plenty of choice. M & S - well done, you are beginning to realize that we either want short tops or we want long tops, not the "safe" middle ground which is neither stylish nor flattering. The fabric of this top is a good quality cotton, and the style is spot on, keep up the good work!!

Heavy gauge fabric and a flattering style. Very useful for wearing under v neck coats at present, and will be a useful top into the spring.

Just too short for a tall girl. Please start offering a TALL sizing. I promise you’ll sell more!!

I absolutely adore this top! Only had it a few weeks and have already worn it loads. It's incredibly comfortable and 'snuggly'. Highly recommend- easy to wear for casual with jeans/ under dungarees. Thoroughly recommend.
