Pure Cotton Slash Neck Half Sleeve T-Shirt

Very disappointed with the style and quality of this basic T-Shirt. I buy all my T-Shirts from M&S and are normally very happy with the styling and quality of fabric as you get what you pay for - however this was a purchase for a winter holiday and I had to order with no time to try on. I put on the T-Shirt on holiday and was very disappointed with the styling it wasn’t at all fitted and was very baggy around the middle and bottom of the garment - I had to cover up the t-shirt with a cardigan as I was so embarrassed about the fit. I bought 2 of these and will be returning the 2nd garment asap.

Impressed with the quality and fit. Only slight gripe is that it is about 2" too long to wear loose with a skirt.

I'm 5'2" and this t shirt is about 10cm too long for me. That makes it unwearable, because when it's tucked in to trousers there is a doughnut shaped bulge of loose material squashed around the crutch. I know I'm shorter than average, but there are plenty of us about. People are not all same height. Why not supply a range of lengths?

I have two of these T shirts and cannot fault either. Value for money.

I buy white t shirts from Marks and Spencer regularly but the quality of my most recent purchase is very poor in comparason to t shirts bought in the past. Thin fabric, greyish tone, not a smooth fit. I would rather pay a bit more for better quality cotton that is going to keep its shape and stay looking fresh and clean. The style is fine but I was disappointed not to be able to find a scoop neck style as in previous years. (I still wear a white M&S cotton vest t shirt that is over 25 years old and it washes beautifully!)

I bought this colour and the grey one to go with the Red High Rise Roma Straight-leg jeans. Such a good ensemble. I had not read reviews about these tops as I already had three in different colours.

Lovely basic top - so useful and comfortable. Just a pity there doesn’t seem to be any more available. The shops have gone into winter mode with long sleeves, velvet and winter woolies before I can get my summer holiday!

sizing has changed in last 6 months as I have these in other colours but a 10 now far too big

Bought this in red and found it so versatile I bought another in black. Easily dressed up for evening with jewellery or a scarf. Great for layering. Cheap as chips too.

I like the neckline, fit and sleeve length of these T-shirts. They wash well and keep their colour. Bought navy as a stock colour for me. Am not disappointed as it’s a good dark one.

These were my go to tops, as I loved how they looked, felt and fit. The arm length suited me perfect. I had them in several different colours, but wanted to add to my collection, so I bought more. I cannot believe how rubbish they now are, the fabric is so poor, compared to the last set I bought. It's practically see through and the once thick material it was made of, has clearly been reduced or has out right been changed. The fit is very loose and it's too stretchy, it's too long on my body, as it now covers my behind, which it never used to. It's a shame, I will no longer be buying them. I do hate when you find a great product and the next thing you know is, they decided to ruin it.
