Pure Cotton Longline Hoodie

Bought this last week. Am very pleased with it. It is comfortable and well made. Sleeves are long enough. Looks good. Was value for money with the offer. Without the offer it would have been a bit over the top with price. Haven't washed yet so can't comment on that. There is nothing in the review to say this

Great quality and love the grey colour which goes with everything I need it to. Washes well, and the longline length looks great with jeggings. Excellent value too.

Basic hoodie, at first I thought the material was a bit thin but it is definitely warm enough for autumn & spring. The colour will go with most outfits. I suspect I’ll get plenty of wear out of it. I haven’t washed it yet.

Nice to have a decent length. It's no frills - all the better for that - so a good buy for a basic hoody. Haven't washed it yet so can't comment.

At last something for us tall people! I have bought the black and am using this as a casual cover up, not solely for workouts. Great length, fits me perfectly and is comfortable. I haven't washed it yet, so unable to comment but have no reason to think it won't wash well. Would like a thicker version for the cooler weather.

Love, love, love my hoodie! Comfortable and easy to wear. Just wish it had a fleece lining.

As others have said in their reviews, it's nice to have a hoodie sweatshirt that is longer length. I'm a standard 12, and the 12 fits well, even allowing for a cardi or something underneath. Would be good to have a choice of colour other than just grey or black.... such as shades of blue, as this is a hoodie that could be worn for all seasons so a variety of colours would be useful.

The Hoodie is such a lovely long length, but its really thin, so not warm. I will be returning this.

This is a great throw on, but go up in size I usually get a size 16 but went for an 18 and it fits perfectly it's great for days when you don't need a coat and just a light jacket I love mine definitely recommend

At last a longer length hoodie, and not too heavy either. Just perfect for this time of year. It's nice to see that M&S have reacted to requests for longer length items although overall there are still not enough items or choices of colour for us taller women. Can we please have this item in navy, its a basic colour many of us wear and you are providing it in the shorter length.

I'd been looking for a longline hoodie for ages before I spotted this one on the M&S website. I usually take a size 12 or 14 depending on the fit but I ordered a 16 as I wanted a loose fit. It's just what I wanted, great length, lovely fabric, perfect for when I'm walking the dogs and there's a slight chill in the air. I only wish it came in navy blue as well! I haven't washed it yet so can't comment on that aspect.

I love casual longer-length clothes that cover my hips and bottom but there is a distinct lack of plain crew neck long-line t-shirts (come on Marks, don't just do v-necks) and plain long-line zip hoodies on the market. This is just what I was looking for in terms of longer-length zippy tops. Perfect length, nice colours (although I would love to see this in navy and pale yellow/lemon as well), comfortable to wear, simple design, and not at all shapeless if you get the right size. I am usually a size 8 in tops, but when the zip isn't done up the size 8 does look a little shapeless, where-as the size 6 gives a much more fitted look and looks quite stylish in an understated way. The size 6 is a quite tight fit on the hips when the zip is done up (although I do have quite wide hips) and means I can only wear reasonably thin things underneath it, which is fine for summer. On the otherhand, the size 8 is much roomier so I can wear something much thicker under the size 8 which makes it perfect for colder days and when I am just lounging around the house. Hence why I bought the grey in both size 8 and size 6. I would have bought the Blue Marl in the size 8 as well, but they only had the size 6 left in stock. The blue marl is a lovely colour, but I'd describe it as more of a green than a blue. The only negative things I have to say about this product is that I think it's quite expensive for what it is (it was not in the sale), and I had to order quite a few to get ones that I was happy with - I returned a number of them in both colours because the zips were not straight.
