Bought this in medium for my husband after checking the size of his old dressing gown, also from M&S. There was barely enough material to meet in the middle, overlap was only a couple of inches, much less than his old one. Changed it for a large size....a bit better but still not as roomy as his old one. Feel M&S are cutting back on material to help cut costs. Not a good move, will think twice before buying another dressing gown from M&S

I think the dressing gown is well worth the money. It is thicker than I thought it would be, but in a good way. I needed it for a stay in hospital and it was perfect.

Took time to search for a quality robe for husband. He liked the style and colour and it fits nicely ( medium size) . Sadly however, there are loose threads and there appears to be unraveling of stitching. It has not yet been washed. A bit disappointed and hoped item would be longer lasting

I had a M&S dressing gown that was worn out and needed replacing. As what seems like always a dressing gown similar to the one I had; 100% cotton in a green / blue / yellow tartan pattern was no longer available so I chose this one. It is 100% cotton but heavier and not quite as comfortable as my previous one, but I a getting use to it.

Waffle outer, toweling style inner. Beautifully made, quite heavy (in weight). This is almost identical to one my husband had for the past 20 years (and was well loved)… he’s very happy it has been replaced with similar. Very smart, washes well and true to size.
