Pure Cotton Dobby Nightdress

I liked the light cotton used to make this nightie, although I'd have been even more pleased to have it in a pastel colour. I also liked the lacy neckline but unfortunately, it was far too wide, so the nightie fell off my shoulders and I had to return it.

This is a lovely nightdress - just a bit too LONG for me I’m afraid. It’s not floor length and it’s not short! I’ve bought these pretty nighties before and always turned them up, but I do get fed up of having to do this! just like your T-shirt’s, always too long and it’s quite difficult to turn them up. (some people don’t tuck them in, so they look like clingy short dresses!!) I noticed you had a boat neck T-shirt in three different lengths - perfect! But you’d completely sold out and no indication of if or when you would be re- stocking!!!

Wish this type of nightdress was available in other colours. Perfect for forthcoming hospital visit.

Very hard to find this cool cotton nightdress, good fit and not to long for me at 5:2 tall, very pleased.

Lightweight and very comfortable, especially for a 52 year old who overheats at night! However, as others have said, the nightie is almost see through, you couldn't wear it round the house without a dressing gown, which is a shame.

This is a beautiful night dress, really lovely neckline. Unfortunately the cotton is so thin that it is completely see through. I had to send it back for this reason.

I was slightly worried as one or two reviews described this nightie as cotton jersey . It isn't. It's a lovely fine cotton with tiny woven white dots all over it. I'm thrilled. I bought 12 due to reviews suggesting to size up. I'm 12 with G cup size, it's perfect if slightly large on the shoulder. Will buy more for the future

At last! My old M&S white cotton nighties are almost in tatters after waiting forever for marks to decide to stock them again. These are not the quality of previous cotton dobby night dresses, no pretty pin tucks and lace just a strip of broderie anglais around the yolk. However the fit is good and the length is ok, quite comfortable too.

Love this nightdress, so comfortable.In the reviews someone commented on the fit on the shoulders.I found it to be totally comfortable, so nice to have a little sleeve. I have bought 2 lovely cotton nightdresses this year, very pleased.

An excellent nightie. Just what I wanted.

I love the style and look of this nightdress. However over the years Marks and Spencers , to be competitive in the market ,have changed the quality of the fabrics they use. I would rather pay slightly more and have a better quality product. As a result the nightdress is see-through and won't last nearly as long as my old one. this is happening in all departments of Marks and Spencers

This is such a pretty and comfortable nightie that I wished I could have bought it in more colours
