I ordered this jacket online after seeing in store; my size wasn’t in stock therefore I ordered a 14 online. The jacket itself was fine but one of the sleeves was about 4 inches longer than the other! No exaggeration, this is probably why I was able to obtain my size, it keeps been returned & sent out again!

The jacket is true to size ..I got a 14 and I normally size 12/14. The 14 allows room for a heavier jumper or top if needed without looking oversized. Loved the neck and arm detail. Well worth the money.
