Helped to stop my hair falling out and improved my confidence

Having heard about these soya tablets before I thought I would give them a go as taking strong medications and age my hair was falling out, nails breaking and splitting almost down to my cuticals and my skin becoming drier and dull. Well I'm on my second bottle as they recommend taking it for 3 months before you see any difference, but I've already noticed a dramatic difference after one month. My hair has stopped falling out everywhere, my nails are much stronger and have grown without splitting and my skin seems to have more elasticity, less dry and has a brightness that I've not seen since I was a young girl, I'm 62 now. I shall continue to take these now I've seen significant results in such a short space of time. Highly highly recommend. Dear M&S is there any chance you could sell these in a triple item at a slightly reduced price please. Thank you

I was in despair when I had to stop HRT and after a few months my fine and not very abundant hair started to come out in large quantities. My hairbrushes were full and my clothes always had stray hairs on them. I was persuaded by the positive reviews and am only on to the third month of treatment but I am convinced the hair loss is less than before and it looks thicker and healthier.

I have been taking these supplements for 3 years. I was having hair shedding which reduced my hair volume by half. I feel that these supplements really help, amongst other Philip Kingsley products, which are wonderful. I did have a break from the supplements once I felt my hair was back to its full thickness, but regretted it when the shedding started again. I will always use these supplements along with the Philip Kingsley shampoos and The Elasticizer. The price is very worth the rewards.

Am now on my 3rd month of taking these supplements, although my hair doesn't appear to be improving in growth there is definitely less hair left in the bath after washing so will keep taking them for a few more months.

I have very fine hair and was loosing brush fulls daily. I had started to see my hair receding at the temples and my parting getting wider. I started using the supplement and started to notice a difference with in a few weeks. You do need to use for the three months that is recommended to see the full effect. I now have growth at the temples and my hair is thicker and stronger.

I having been using these supplements for most of 2015 and my hair has gone from thin , damaged and above my shoulder to down my back , strong and shiny !! I feel that using these supplements I can still heat style and colour my hair without worrying about damaging it .

I have taken this supplement for approximately 3 months and it does seem to be helping, less loss of hair and appears to be getting stronger. Keep taking the tablets!!
