I know this suit was inexpensive and so I should not have been surprised - but the material was just so thin and “nylony” that I had to return both the jacket and skirt Come on M&S some better quality suits (ina similar style” please) - I don’t mind paying twice the price for a better quality garment

I have been looking for months to find a nice trouser suit. I came across this by accident and so happy I did. Looks lovely. I had to buy a size 14 jacket (I'm normally a 12) but only because I am big busted. Trousers fit lovely and the right length as I'm only small. Would recommend.

I like a good suit and do not mind spending on it as a good one often stands the test of time. I was surprised by the price but upon receipt, not entirely surprised in the end. This is nothing like the picture. It didn’t fit; I’m between a 10 and 12, yet the 12 made me look like an oaf. The material is incredibly light and cheap looking. Won’t be caught alive in it. I promptly returned it within 24hrs.

This jacket is way too short when fastened. I guess this is why the model only shows it open. The material is exceptionally thin.

The idea of the pin stripe suit was excellent however it did not work as my gift to my daughter. As the trousers were a strange fit on her we unfortunately had to return the jacket as the suit did not work out for her. Shame as it looks so smart in the picture and the quality and price were good.

Good quality blazer for the money. Quite tailored which was nice. I am petite but with a long body so the sleeves were slightly too long (they would fit an average sized frame). Overall I am very happy with my purchase

Each time I have worn this suite I have had numerous comments and compliments form colleagues and patients.

I was dubious how good the quality would be for the price, but it's excellent and it fits perfectly.

I bought this suit for work several months ago having wanted a pinstripe suit for some time. I have to say the quality is superb and definitely value for money. I get some many lovely comments when I'm wearing it and it is definitely my new favourite suit!!

I needed a suit so ordered both size 12 & 14 blazers + the matching skirts. The size 14 jacket was a bit on the small size and the length shorter than I anticipated. I am 5'5" tall and am usually a size 14, but find M&S sizing is very inconsistent. The suit is smart & very good value for money, but unfortunately the fit was poor on me so I have returned it.

I've already commented on the trousers as being rather oddly sized (big hips, short legs) so thought Id comment on the jacket. For the first time ever I have had to buy an M&S 12. I normally buy a 10. The 10 looks great, but the underarms were tight and made me feel uncomfortable if I did the jacket up...not something I needed for an interview. The 12 is a bit big around the waist but I can now move my arms. I don't have big arms or bingo wings, I'm a runner and lean. I don't even have big chest so it's not that pulling it tight. If you're going to buy this suit, and it does look nice on (and is excellent value) you absolutely MUST try it on before ordering. I took three sizes of trousers (8 long, 10 long, 10 regular) and two jackets (10 and 12) into the changing rooms and was glad I did. I'm 5ft 4 and normally an 8-10. In this suit I'm a 12 jacket, 10 long trousers. I makes no sense. Fabric is thin, jacket better made than trousers. But it is cheap. Doubt I will wear for more than a few meetings before it needs replacing.

I bought this and matching skirt for my interview and they both look great. Stitching and size are of good quality too.
