PETITE Straight Leg Trousers

These are very comfy trousers for day time wear I have the Navy & Black pair great value every day wear !

I think M&S should read our reviews. Many people commented that instead of slim leg, they received straight leg and in fact the item was labelled straight leg. The product description on the website is obviously wrong. The second reason for the poor review is that I ordered extra short and while this is usually a perfect length for me, they were about 4 inches too long.

Lovely material, very easy to care for. My main quibble is that they were a bit big on the hips for me but I am keeping both the black pair and the navy as they were fantastic value. I would disagree with the description of slim fit; they are straight.

I bought these as my old M&S work pants had worn to unwearable. For a while I had been looking at these and when I decided it was time to buy new they were in the sale! Amazing! They are comfy, stretchy and soft on the skin and quite honestly feels as if i have no pants on! Practical for work where I go from moving around regularly to desk sitting. Perfect!

Looked awful on, like granny trousers !

Ordered Petite trousers and delighted with colour, feel and quality. But, for me being short I need a trouser leg length of 27”. These came 4” too long, ie over my foot. For a size 10 petite trouser that is ridiculous.

Very disappointed. Not good fit over hips. - rather bulky. Quality poor but cannot expect good quality at that price.would rather pay more for better quality but shape bad. Returned.

The fabric was good but these Petite Short trousers were too long for me. In the past, I had always been able to buy Short trousers at M&S without having to alter them but that hasn’t been the case for some time . Extra Short trousers ought to be readily available in stores - (perhaps particularly here in Wales...) Also, the trousers were not really slim - or even ‘straight’ - leg. I’m by no means slender but these generally added unwanted volume and were extra ‘jodhpur’ baggy around the thighs - not a good look. There was also a gap at the back of my waist. I hope to order better fitting Extra Short joggers online - but at the moment, they’re not in stock.

These are supposed to be short - I am 5'1" tall They were at least 4" miles too long!!!

These trousers are very comfortable and easy to care for as they need no ironing if hung up straight from the washing machine. ..Good value. Only complaint is that the legs are unfashionably wide.

The leg on these trousers is far from slim. If it had not been for the reasonable price (I bought them with the 20% off) I would certainly have returned them.

I ordered short and extra short in these trousers and extra short was a perfect length, which is not always the case with me as petite short normally fits. Also I would order a 16 in joggers but 14 fits in this trouser. I think the material is good. Pull-on and good casual every day trousers. Tried to order in black too but out of stock. I will definitely buy more.

Disappointed with these trousers, more like joggers,quite baggy,poor quality. Don't feel they can be classed as smart. Will be returning them

I bought two of these in different colour navy and black. I have a pair already and love them so comfy yet stylish. These arrived and the hips had extra material like two ears at the hip......obviously a fault. I would recommend these without a doubt as I have purchased some for my daughter and sister in store they love them too! so this is a hard review to do so I have based it on what I received online. But don't let this put you off them I would definitely recommend. I will buy another pair but will by in the store so I can see immediately if there's a fault.
