PETITE Faux Fur Duffle Coat

Awful colour looks bright yellow online but dirty mustard in life! Uugh

I originally ordered a 14 petite and although it fitted on the sleeves it was too big around so I exchanged for a 12 petite and I am very happy with the colour and fit. It’s lovely and warm and good value at sale price.

This was not a cosy comfortable coat , the fabric was a thick felt like material . The fastenings required pressure to squeeze the end of the fastening which opened the teeth and you had to grasp the other half of the toggle with the open teeth. When I returned the coat I gave one reason ,the difficulty in fastening and left the assistant to figure it out .her remark was ‘who on earth designed this ,must have Bremen a man’

I ordered this jacket online and collected it from my local M&S store to take on holiday. Within two days wear I noticed the fabric was bobbling where the sleeve rubbed against the body of the garment. After 3/4 times wearing this I noticed it was getting worse so on my return I took it back and got a full refund. Cannot fault M&S customer service but this particular garment is not of the usual standard and best avoided.

Neck came up too and zip and front fastenings were strange and unflattering when sat down if coat fastened- the zip buckled as it was rigid and style was to have it exposed. Otherwise the fit and material were great (I am 5 ft). Not for me so returned.

Everything about this coat is perfect except the hood which is rather large, I bought the pale grey one in my size in the petite instead of the regular and it was spot on, all my friends who have seen me in it have commented on how lovely it looks., I wonder if the regular size would have been too big as I am far from petite.

Bought this in the sale bargain price but for a petit size the zip was too high at the neck for me Also the fur on hood not good quality and when removed buttons were visible inside the hood around the face.

I am pleased with the quality and fit and it is quite smart. Only thing I don't like very much is the hood - I'm not sure about the faux fir which I can detached and the hood it massive!

Bought for going away this weekend, suitable for going out or sightseeing. Fit true to size and sleeves won't have to be shortened - which I usually have to do even on the petite size. Jacket itself quality is excellent, but I've only rated as good because the fur trim could do to be better. It won't stop me from wearing the fur trim but I was quite disappointed in its quality given that the jacket is A1.

Loved the coat but had to return it as I have short neck and zip is very high and neck can't be turned over. As this is a petite fitting, neck of coat should be lower.
