Palma 4 Wheel Soft Medium Suitcase

I purchased two of these suitcases for a train trip to Sweden via Brussels and Hamburgh. They were very robust and survived lots of wheeling on cobbled and uneven pavements and roads. Easy to pull with the benefit of having four wheels. Deep space inside meant there was plenty of space for our three week trip and we didn't need to skimp on clothing. I fully recommend these cases, they are brilliant.

Needed a medium sized suitcase for my grandson as he needed it, i was very happy with the quality.

Survived first trip abroad so that's a bonus. No marks etc. Zipped lining in lid is useful. Not quite balanced right to wheel as smoothly as others do but not a major concern. Would have scored more if it had pre attached lock.

Sturdy, roomy, good quality and value. Meets my holiday and travel requirements.

Bought this suitcase after looking on line for a medium size case that was lighter than the one I already had. Read the reviews before I bought. Needed it for a forthcoming trip. Ordering was easy and I picked it up from my local food store. It appears to be just what I need - lighter than my previous case (which is now consigned to the loft), wheeled, easily manoeuvres, nice internal design to hold all my holiday “stuff”, well made, and it was a really good price. Pleased, so far, with my purchase.

Well made good value would have given 5 stars but doesn’t glide as smooth as I would like

First time we used the suitcase we were going abroad. At Birmingham Airport my husband picked up the suitcase using the side handle to put it on the conveyor and the handle snapped. We were utterly shocked so was the check in staff. It was so embarrassing as there was nothing we could do. I took a photo so I could prove it hadn’t been damaged in transit. We were anxious all our holiday hoping that the other handle would snap too. Absolutely disgusting for an M&S product. Returned to store immediately on our return.

Good quality suitcase. We found it ideal for short stay holidays for two people rather than taking our larger luggage. Glides well and the two height option for the handle is perfect.

Now we go away for a maximum of 7 days & usually taken suit carriers for “hanging clothes” this case is perfect for us. Admittedly we don’t fly any more so it all fits into our car. Love how light weight it is & the fluidity with which the wheels turn. Excellent all round

Get by suitcase, not impressed after first usage, handle pull-up gets stuck. Doesn't have expanding option. Fabric is not durable enough after first travel usage. Suggested usage would be by car travel not flight. Not sure this will last long.

Perfect case for traveling, light easy to manoeuvre with 4 rotating wheels. Needed something bigger than a carry on case, but smaller than the very large cumbersome cases. This was ideal, matter of personal preference on my part choosing the soft shell over the hard. Very happy with this product.

Very good and fit for purpose, only downside is that there is no padlock hence just 4* and not the 5.
