Original order had to be returned as faulty also on the big side so reordered in smaller size which was perfect. The original cardigan arrived with a number of catches in the wool leaving loops which were very obvious. Can not understand how these are not dispatched in polythene bags as very vulnerable, luckily second order was perfect. Lovely shrug, cosy for a cool evening.

Lovely cardigan which is a nice weight, not too heavy but keeps the wind off. The loose knit keeps it nice and light. I cut off the ties because u have a heavier bust and found it better to keep it open rather than tued.

I loved the colour (warm cream), the style and the cropped length. I did not like the fabric which feels unpleasantly synthetic and the loose weave will pull very easily if it catches on anything. I kept the item as it fitted exactly what I needed as a cover up for sleeveless outfits. However, only 3 stars as it would have been so much nicer if the fabric had a t least some cotton content.

There are so many lovely strappy dresses on your M&S online site, but as a 70+ year old, I'd rather keep the top of my arms covered. This lovely top has solved the problem! it is a lovely soft cream colour which goes with everything, with the added bonus of looking far more stylish than just an ordinary woolly cardigan. It is cool, comfortable and easy to wear. I have actually snipped off the tie-fastenings, which I prefer - and it still fits nicely over the bust and stays flat. Nice buy, thanks M&S.

It’s perfect for what I wanted over sleeveless dresses. Only problem is it pulls very easily without trying. So could begin to look scruffy very quickly. Expensive really for what it is.

Super purchase , great fit and quality. Bought with a 20% discount but I would have paid full price as priced well . Would love in other colours like chocolate , burg , etc for an early autumn layering piece of knitwear .

Ordered xs & small in cream -kept xs -I’m a size 8 -fits really well-looks great with dresses I’ve bought from M&S also with long skirts -wished it was cotton though in this warm weather -bought as a covering for top of arms
