Off The Shoulder Bodycon Midi Dress

The dress has style. Material was good quality however the skirt of the dress was just right fit but the top was tight. Returned item.

Bought online, so I didn't see it prior to purchase, but I'm very pleasantly surprised I like it so much. Hubby is chuffed too, amazingly! The fit is great, the length great, and for the price the quality is wonderful. I usually pay a lot more for my posh night out stuff but this will do nicely thank you very much M&S.

Just got this dress and it does not disappoint, the material is a good weight and full of quality, just great for Xmas party or smart dinner after work. You can dress it up or down.

Colour not right for me, looked too insipid. Fit to size in middle and hip but a bit big at the top. Very nice for the person with the right colouring.

Purchased 3 similar dresses at 3 different prices /materials and hoped one would fit unfortunately all very big on bust but slender on waist/ hip area. Couldn’t buy bigger or smaller as would still have been the same problem one way or another.

I bought various sizes to try 10, 12 and 12 petite and unfortunately not one fitted well. The colour is a bit darker than it appears on screen but looked better on than off. It is a lovely dress, cut well and nice material but just not suited to someone with an average sized/ shaped figure. I’m 55 and a comfortable size 10/12 but being short this means I’m curvy. Due to the design on the back of the dress with the size 10 I looked like I had strange wings at my shoulders while the 12 was a little long between shoulder and waist. The design made it difficult to alter too. Even the petite 12 stuck out a bit at the shoulders. Was very disappointed it didn’t suit me as I would definitely have bought it in the 2 colours. Most definitely worth a try on.

So disappointing. The style and fabric were lovely, the length just right for a change, the neckline was flattering but the armholes were huge, showing far too much bra and gaping out from the dress. Sadly the dress had to be returned.

A lovely dress, fit perfect size 12 with a bit of ‘give’. But the colour just did not suit and did not flatter. I imagine someone with a different colouring it would suit.

I bought the camel as I have loads of black dresses . This is a classy expensive looking dress .hangs well and nice fabric. A little bit tight but the next size up was way too big so keeping the smaller size and getting the spanx out !

Wore the dress only to find the hem had not been fully stitched. Might be a one off, but would expect this garment to be checked before sending out, especially at £55. Had to wear it all day with the hem half up. The collar stayed up more than I thought, but still a little on the large side. Needs stitching at the front join to keep the dress in place.

The style is classic verging retro. Material heavyweight so hangs well. Feels comfortable when standing, walking and sitting. Well designed LBD. Bravo M&S!

I purchased the camel coloured version. The dress is true to size, really good quality and value.and looks great. This is the M&S we know and love, welcome back.

Brought this dress as l wanted one to wear for my anniversary meal. Very pleased with it and loved the colour

A lovely quality/fit dress, the only reason I returned it was because of the colour which was darker than I expected! I would recommend this dress which I believe fits true to size!
