This is the only diffuser I have found that keeps its fragrance going until it runs out of fluid. The scent is so fresh and vibrant… and so welcoming in my hallway. Many people have commented on the lovely fragrance when they come in asked me where it was purchased. I don’t consider it to be expensive because it does last quite a long time even using all of the reeds together.

Delivery was on time, package was perfectly wrapped and the first impression was great. The aroma is not intense, is actually quite soft. Not recommended for who is looking for a strong perfume. In my opinion, good value for money, but I won't buy it again.

This is one of my favourite scents. I have purchased cheap diffusers and I have purchased many very expensive diffusers. I admit that Marks and Spencer's diffusers really work - they diffuse the scent very nicely. They are good value for the money.

Having read the reviews I thought this would be so much better. Unfortunately the scent is so weak it made no difference to my average sized sitting room. So it’s now in the downstairs toilet. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend.

Didn’t have much of a smell at all , very disappointed as other reviews said it was amazing. Some saying they could smell it through out their homes, I put it in our bathroom hardly any fragrance at all just slightly.
