Ordered a replacement. I am going to try the Firm mattress. Unfortunately the delivery will be in over a month, hope I get my refund for the Medium one.

I suffer greatly with aches and pains but for the 10 days since this mattress was delivered both myself and my husband have enjoyed great nights sleep. We think possibly because there is no movement transfer which is great as we both do fidget.

Confortable Quick delivery

After having a memory foam mattress for several years but finding it too hot, this mattress is just perfect. Firm but not too firm. The only disappointment was that it was not delivered within the stated time slot so we had to wait two more hours, but well worth it and the delivery men took it up to our bedroom which wasn't an easy task!

I'd been looking around for a while to find a new bed that i felt completely comfortable in, I spotted the Natural 1500 (medium) with sprung divan in store and just loved it, and to put my mind at ease I visited a couple of other M&S stores to make sure it was the one for me, and so I ordered a sprung divan with the medium tension mattress. On delivery the mattress was much firmer that the store demo beds I'd tried. There is no label or marking on the mattess to say what tension it is! I did'nt get the chance to sleep in the bed for a few days as I was working away so I did'nt bother getting in touch with M&S, after eventually getting to sleep in the firmer than expected bed I noticed that my morning back ache was almost gone! and so far I've felt so much better with my back so I've decided to keep the mattress and not complian to M&S, but be aware if you are expecting the super soft to medium feel of the showroom model the you maybe in for a bit of a surprise.

Received delivery of double size 1500 mattress in MEDIUM tension and very disappointed. The tension of the mattress is VERY FIRM ' not at all what I expected albeit the packaging does state 'medium'. I already have a medium tension M & S natural style double in a guest room and I had no hesitation in ordering another. The issue is that very few stores have these mattresses to try out. The one item that can hold the key to your wellbeing is 'a good night sleep' and needs very careful consideration!

Good looking mattress but I would describe this as soft and not medium support. When you lie down, you sink into this mattress. When you sit on the edge of the bed the mattress almost flattens. It doesn't suit us and it will need to be sent back

I'm enjoying the comfort of our new mattress. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting to pay but I'm pleased with my choice. The quality is excellent. It's about 3 weeks since it arrived so I'm getting used to my new purchase. So far so good....

Needed a new super kingsize mattress, have bought others from M&S for other bedrooms so knew they were good. Upgraded from the 1250 to the 1500 mattress after reading reviews. Gorgeous comfy mattress, very cozy, no odd creaks like our old one! (not M&S!). This is a very large mattress, unlike our previous one it isn't zipped and joined so can be tricky to get upstairs. Very happy indeed with this purchase, highly recommended.

Really pleased with this mattress. Good firmness and v comfortable. Prompt delivery. Definately more difficult getting up in the morning now!

This is by far the best mattress I have ever purchased. I looked at lots of others before deciding on this one. So glad I did as I get a great nights sleep and wake very refreshed no aches or pains.
