Assemble yourself!!

Insane amount of assembly, this should be coming to the customer already built. Crazy. Actually hurts your fingers to push the metal hooks through the shade. 🥺

Worth it

As previous reviews have suggested, it's a little bit of a faf to install the glass rods on the lamp- it took me personally an hour to insert them, but once it's up on the ceiling it is 100% worth it! The lamp came in good packaging as well, no chance of anything breaking and had some spare glass rods at the end as well.

Looks good but very difficult to assemble.

Looks good but very difficult to assemble. Instructions are very poor and it’s only by trial an error that I managed to put it together. Hooks to suspend the rods bend easily and I needed the patience of a saint to fit them all. The more you attach the harder it becomes to fit more

This is very. Difficult to put together. It is up in my lounge now, But I do love the pattern it makes on the ceiling when it's on . I'm happy I brought it.

Worth the hassle

Putting it together was fiddly but once you got into a rhythm , it was quite therapeutic. Couldn't get it to hang straight until i changed the pendant cap.. Looks lovely though, worth the hassle

It’s a lovely light. Very pleased with the fact it has glass droplets. Looks calm in my spare room, and gives good light. I’ve dropped a star because of how fiddly and time consuming the putting together was.

Beautiful and a bargain for the style / quality

Really beautiful and excellent value for money for this style of shade which costs 4 or 5 times more at other popular stores. Yes there are a lot of rods to insert as another reviewer has pointed out, but I counted 114, the inner, smaller circle is trickier to work with but there are fewer rods there, most of them are the outer circle. But in my opinion this is an absolute steal in comparison with similar products with real glass rods from other retailers who are charging hundreds of pounds, and also require the light to be wired in. This is easy fit so can be done by anyone and the end result looks far more expensive. I bought 3 in brass as soon as the product was launched and am not surprised it is now sold out in brass.

Looks stylish bit fiddly to put up

This light looks great in our revamped downstairs loo, however it was a labour of love. The light comes in kit form and a set of unintelligible/ badly written instructions. The perplex rods are described as “glass robs”. There are over 170 of these. It takes around 1 hour-90 mins to put the light together. We have chosen a candle style bulb to enhance the style of light; an ordinary round bulb looked awful. The finished result is good but be prepared to invest time to achieve it.
