How to Use: To change worn replacement foot pads, peel back the used pad. Press new self-adhesive replacement pad firmly into position on the file

Clean foot file with a damp nail brush. Dab dry with a towel. Do not immerse or leave foot file in water

The abrasive pads are designed using crushed crystal technology, which works to remove hard, dry skin and callus evenly, finely and safely, leaving your feet completely smooth

These are excellent - have used them in the past and M & S (other than the TV channel) is the only place I have been able to get them. I would also say that with M & S if you do Click & Collect, there is no postage, brilliant!
