The towel is a good size and nice and thick but already there are loose threads appearing and it’s only been washed once. Also it’s a different shade of duck egg to the other M&S towels I bought to go with it as the other sizes were out of stock.

Towels received were of excellent quality . There was some delay in delivery but given the time of year probably expected. The one criticism was the very poor packaging and presentation. The towels were not in any outer protective covering just folded in a standard cardboard box
