I love the Autumn Gold shade. It was discontinued but available as part of a trio. Twice I bought these, then having 4 lipsticks in shades I did not want. I bought the latest trio online - no names of shades given. It arrived today containing Chiffon, Grape and Sorbet! Why on earth are the shades not included in the product information? I totally agree with other reviewers who state they do not wish to buy 3 lipsticks when only 1 is required. I now have the inconvenience of returning the latest trio.

Why can't you buy this range of lipsticks singularly rather than in a pack of 3 grouped in either brown or pink. I went in to M&S to buy 2 lipsticks, Antique Gold & Chiffon, but these were in 2 different packs, so I would have had to have bought 6 lipsticks for the 2 that I really wanted for double the price. Not everyone just wants to buy a set of brown or pink lipsticks, they might want a mixture, as not all shades of pink or brown may suit them.

Why do I have to buy three lipsticks to get the one I want? I was thrilled to be able to get Antique Rose lipstick again, and luckily my mother liked the other two in the pack, but if I could buy them singly I would have opted for 3 x Antique Rose - surely the most flattering colour of all time? and one that goes with most outfits too. I have been searching the High Street for a substitute for about 2 years now, no-one else does anything like as nice a colour (and I like the feel of it too), so come on M&S, don't hold loyal customers to ransom like this - bring back the ones we like and sell them singly! I would have rated this Excellent, as I think the lipsticks are, but for having to buy two I don't want to get the one I do (sneaky, M&S!).

Why do I have to buy a trio to get the one colour I want!! I don’t know of any other beauty company who would do this apart from maybe a Christmas gift presentation. I like the grape colour but have to purchase it together with two insipid pinks! Surely Marks can do better than this and sell them separately like they used to. Not happy

I ordered these as I have had them before and although M and S did not state the colours in their description I thought they would be the same as the old ones. They weren’t! I was very disappointed. Returned them for a refund. Please M and S, sell these separately and in lots of colours?
