I love these boots. I bought them with the 20% discount so a real bargain So comfortable and look smart for work or with jeans. I'm contemplating buying the chocolate colour when i get to store next.

Perfect fit, true to size and super stylish. Very comfortable from when I first put them on. Would definitely recommend, they go with everything.

Really didn't need these, but...

I caught sight of a few pairs of these on the shelf in my MandS and really didn't think I'd find my size (4). I took that as sign, when there was a pair hiding at the back, especially when I tried them on and it was love at first try! Really comfortable, good-looking and bang on-trend. And what was that you said (when I got to the checkout), 20% off with Sparks? They definitely were meant to be added to my wardrobe. If you're lucky enough to find your size, grab them!

Too stiff

I really liked the look of these boots but the leather was far to stiff. The edges dug uncomfortable into both the front and back of my ankles when walking and I soon developed pins and needles in my toes despite there being plenty of room inside the boots. I will be returning.

Breaking in....

The boots were lovely, even though I had to go a whole size down for the right fit. The shoes need to be broken in as the leather is quite hard. I have worn them three times so far and they are gradually getting easier and more comfortable. I have wide feet and the fit seems to be ok for this. The look great and to be honest I wouldn't spend this much on boots but they were exactly the style I was looking for. Although I do wish there were more buckle holes in the ankle strap. Worth it I think.

So stylish and comfortable! The three straps are adjustable but once you have adjusted them to fit, you need not touch them again thanks to the inner zip fastening, which also makes them easy to put on. No more struggling with Chelsea boots! Slightly square toe means no pinched toes. The heel height adds to a smart look of an otherwise casual style. Love my new boots.

These boots are easy to walk in even though there is a mid height heel and are very well constructed. Easy to get on and off. They work for both day wear and smart casual evening. Worth the money.

Good quality stylish and comfortable boots. I have fairly narrow but long feet (size 8), the width was a little big on me for regular size, plenty of room though for thick socks in the winter.

I ordered the boots online and couldn't wait for them to arrive but unfortunately they were too tight against my little toe without standing. So I had to return. I am a size 4 and do not usually have this problem with M&S shoes and boots, in fact, I would normally go down to a 3 1/2. I guess I would need a wide fitting in this style. I would recommend as they are lovely boots and was looking forward to wearing them this winter, if you have dainty feet they should be OK.

Very beautiful boots that I cannot wear

It's such shame that I have to return these. They are so good looking and are made of good materials. The length is perfect. The only problem is that I can't wear them, which defeats the whole purpose of them being shoes. They are waaaay too large: there is too much space between the top of my feet and upper part of the boots, and the space is also tooooo big for my thin ankles. The consequence of having this extra space is that the boots don't follow my feet when I walk. After 5-10 steps walking in my living room with these boots on, my socks have already fallen off to my heels as they are dragged down by these boots that don't follow my feet. And this happens even at the tightest setting. Reluctantly returned them.

I love these boots, they go with everything and are extremely comfortable now that I’ve walked in them a few days to break them in. They fit my feet perfectly, however, I have narrow feet so they may be a bit tight for others. The quality is excellent and they look far more expensive than £85.

I loved the look of these boots online; they were just what I was looking for. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant as they were described as narrow fitting, and as I have wide ish feet then I wasn't sure. I bought a pair and so glad I did. They are a perfect fit and I didn't have to adjust the buckles, which was a bonus. The ankles aren't tight at all. They look amazing and these will go well with jeans and dresses. Keeping!!!!

Was so excited to try these on in store, however... They look like slim ankle boots online, yet they were very wide at the ankle (but slim in the foot). Not a good look. I guess it's good if you want to tuck in skinny jeans, but that's not what I do. Disappointed, because I absolutely love this slightly "grungey" style.

I ordered these on line, had I have seen them in store first I wouldn't have bothered. The quality and style was disappointing and the material felt cheap, they are definitely not worth the price tag. The fit wasn't great either, they were quite tight around the ankle and they felt narrow on my feet. They look much better in the picture on line, overall I didn't like the look and so I have returned them.

Loved the styling on these to replace a very firm favourite pair of brown boots that I bought from Marks years ago. I found these to be really uncomfortable. The leather is quite hard and as they are quite high up your leg I’d imagine they could rub & I’ve got very skinny ankles/calves. They’ve gone back.

Good quality leather, very on-trend. I bought 6.5 but thought they were a bit big. Decided in the end they weren't my style so returned them but a great buy all the same if you like that look. Good heel height.

I love these boots! I’ve worn them with skinny jeans, treggings, skirts and dresses and am surprised at how well they go with most styles and colours that I wear. The heels are a perfect height- tall enough to make my legs look a bit longer but low enough to feel comfortable and not too dressy for everyday wear. I sometimes take a size 9 and have quite wide feet so I was pleased to find that a size 8 in these boots fitted me nicely. There is also the option to loosen the buckles to further widen the boot on the lower foot, arch and ankle although I didn’t need to do this.

Very comfortable, even to wear straightaway on a long shopping spree. I felt a little narrow in the toe area. Heel height is quite low so can be worn all day. Straps could have benefitted from more holes to tighten more ands better fit. Surprising good quality leather, really nice feel Would have preferred a slightly higher heel to make them a bit more dressy
