Loved the gunmetal colour - but Stiff zip that would not zip up easily all the way and noticed scuff mark near zip too despite being new so decided to return as quality didn’t meet the mark for item which paid full price for.

[Employee of marksandspencer-en_gb] These are very comfortable and beautiful, received a lot of compliments , however on first wear , the upper layer got scratch marks by rubbing against each other while walking. So I am not expecting them to last long.

Smart going out boots that look great with dresses and are not too wide at ankle. Are excellent value as leather uppers. Only gripe is one of the zips is very stiff and sometimes difficult to do up. I think it will improve with wear.

Whereas these boot looked just what i wanted once on i coud'nt get the zips up.or down without a struggle. Pity as they looked lovely.
