I neglect my hands dreadfully. I don't wear gloves when I'm gardening, have never had a manicure and rarely use hand cream except in the winter. I'm 61 now and the years of neglect are obvious. I wouldn't normally spend this much on hand care but I had a 20% off M&S voucher so thought I'd see what this product could do, not expecting much. I assumed it was just a rather posh exfoliator but it's much better than that. You use it twice a week, on dry hands, rub it on the back and palms, and rinse it off. It didn't feel like a scrub, more like a hand cream with bits in, and I rubbed it in for a couple of minutes, especially around my nails and cuticles which were quite grubby. When I rinsed it off I could see an immediate improvement. I've used it again since and it really works. The fragrance is nice and subtle and I will definitely keep using it and buy it again.
