Jersey Midi Bodycon Dress

Disappointed it did not have a zip in for ease of putting on , sadly had to return it.

The material and fit of this dress is high quality. It is body con and, therefore, tight, so definitely size-up if this isn’t for you. The material is thick and keeps its shape well. I am on the short side (5’3) and the length is perfect. The slit at the back isn’t too revealing either. I will get a lot of wear out if this for formal, informal and professional occasions.

Fit like a glove (in my usual size). Fabric lush, length spot on even though I’m only 5”4. Makes me feel confident and classy. Highly recommend.

The perfect black dress! Well structured, quality material and a great length. A bit of wiggling to get into but once on it’s very flattering. Perfect for work with a blazer or dressed up for evening

Bought this for a trip to Italy as my hero dress! And it was. Could dress up or down, comfortable and stylish classic dress.

The dress is very flattering - both my partner and my mother said it made me look taller and slimmer! I think the sizing was accurate - I got my usual size and it fitted perfectly. The back of the neck does gap slightly but the rest fits so well. The material is quite thick so will work perfectly in the colder months too. Highly recommend.

Fabulous shape, great fabric, but made me feel enormous, returning!

Stunning simple dress. Thick jersey, flattering, very elegant, but have also worn with pumps and trainers. Only 4 as sizing out. I’m always a 10 in M&S, 5ft 4, 10 was exchanged for 12, but waiting for a 14 to be in stock. Size up on this one.

Great quality fabric and price point. Also very well cut but it is ridiculously small fitting. I'm normally a 10/12 and sized up to a 14 after reading other reviews but could have done with a 16. Same with a pair of trousers recently purchased from M&S ... needed to go to 2 sizes. Sizing up or down doesn't bother me but it's really annoying when you're ordering online and then the size you need is sold out.

I ordered a size 12 my normal size but it was more like an 8!!

Dress was a fabulous fit everywhere except at the neckline. Neckline hem edge was too high, and cut across the skin of the neck. Rest of the dress fitted perfectly, skimming the body just nicely. If I was handy with a needle, I am sure I could have adjusted the neckline. Otherwise, the dress was a doll of a piece. Fabric was not the most expensive, but at this price, you really can't expect it to be.

Good quality, love the length and neckline,great price but not true to size, which is unusual for M&S. I had to return it for a size larger. But really pleased with it.

Good quality evening or day dress/ firm fabric and true to size. Good to dress up or down - a multi purpose for day or evening wear- midi length for tall people.
