Jersey Lined Fisherman (2-7 Yrs)

I buy these every year for my grandson every year.

Much better than a ‘showerproof’ coat! Lightweight but totally waterproof, perfect for the changeable English weather.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and the first time my son wore it in light rain,.it leaked around the neck seam. I returned.it in store and was told they would refund me "on this occasion", but that the coat "isn't fully waterproof". In light rain surely "water repellent" doesn't mean a coat should leak at the seams? It was obviously faulty. Not impressed. M and S coats are usually very good quality.

My 5yo loves his jacket. Really good quality and looks good.

I brought this for my son as winter was coming to an end but it wasn’t quite summer. Perfect for windy but warm days. Waterproof aswell. Very happy over all. Smart jacket

Bought this for my 4 year old for home and pre-school. Perfect and has already washed well. Great size with room to grow. Only very very minor thing is that a dark coat on a small human really could do with some reflective bits to the back / arms. But I guess that is very minor so does not effect rating!

Fitted grandson well. Ideal for school on wet days.

We had this coat in the size below and loved it so have also bought the next size up. They are small in size. My son is wearing age 6-7 and he has only just turned 5. He’s very slim and average height for his age. It’s very smart and has a nice bright orange zip pocket on the front. M&S: We would love to buy in the next size up too but I’m not sure you make it in larger sizes?

They look great on my two grandsons. Word of warning ....buy a size or two bigger.

Good fit and length in the jacket , very stylish and practical

Bought this for my little boy now the weather is a bit better but its still a bit windy and can be wet. Perfect before it’s ‘no coat’ weather. Sizing seemed small and I ended up getting a size bigger than I normally would so I would advise sizing up. Lovely lining and looks cute. Very happy.

Lovely coat for my 5yo for spring. Waterproof, good colour, fits true to size. I was slightly disappointed that the sleeves don't have the same soft jersey lining as the body of the coat (which I only realised when my son whipped it off inside out) as I think it might be uncomfortable to slip-on on those warm, wet days when he's only wearing a t-shirt, but otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase. Great price.
