Herringbone Boucle Double Breasted Coat

This is a fantastic coat. The fabric inside and out is beautiful and the coat is in a style which will remain in fashion. The fit is a little big but this allows the coat to retain the style as it is not meant to be fitted. I am a size 14 I did try a smaller size but did not look as good. I say buy one you will not be disappointed.

I love this coat! So classy and timeless. It's a lovely fit on me. I'm 5' 3" it reaches just above my knees. I have rather a big bust so always go for a size 14 in a coat. My Daughter loves it on me also! (She is hoping it will come down in price so that she can buy one) The only complaint I have is the buttons could have been sown on tighter. I picked it up klick & collect from the store. I didn't have time to try it on, & when I arrived home and took the packaging off I discovered the store alarm had been left on it, so I had to make a return journey to have it removed! Apart from those two issues I couldn't be happier with my lovely new coat!

Lovely coat.Very stylish and extremely warm. Bought normal size. Quite big on shoulders. Can wear a thick jumper underneath . Feels quite bulky around waist when done up. Coat does come up big but it still looks good on. Even better with 20% off. My best buy from Mark's for a long time !

I loved this coat when i received it. However, I am between sizes 10 and 12 which makes buying items difficult at times. By the time I ordered it, the 10s were sold out so I ordered a 12. I am still swithering on whether to keep or return it. I like the casual style, the quality of the fabric is excellent, it is cosy and a great length but it feels boxy on me. It is a pity I couldn’t have tried a 10 just to compare the sizes. The 20% discount was very good too.

I adore this coat! I found it in-store but the size 8 was a bit too big (even though I know it's styled to be over-sized), luckily I managed to get a size 6 online and it is gorgeous! It's so thick and warm, looks great to chuck on with skinny jeans and Uggs. I get compliments all the time when I'm wearing it. Such a lovely coat!

I am generally a size 12, can be a 14 in coats/jackets. As looked oversized I ordered a 12. The fit is good, a little big on the shoulders, but not to big. I think a size 10 would have been to snug giving no room for other layers. I love the style and material mix making it a really smart or smart casual looking coat and cosy to wear. Both the sleeve and jacket length are perfect on me and is ideal for driving in. At 5' 8" it falls just below my bottom. I purchased this when the 20% discount was on offer so all in all very happy.

Whilst the quality of the materials is superb, unfortunately the styling leaves much to be desired. I was excited when it arrived, looks very expensive & stylish. Sadly the heavyweight outer fabric combined with the heavy Borg lining just make for an extremely heavy coat that I felt swamped in. Of late winters aren’t cold enough to warrant wearing something so heavy and where would I store it? Sadly returned.

This looks so good on models but if you are not very tall it swamps you

I really like this coat for style and quality. The problem for me is that because of the thick fleece lining, when this double breasted coat is buttoned up it adds quite a lot of bulk around the middle, which I personally could do without. I don't always do my overcoats up and the coat looks great when left opened.. I am an M& S size 16, height 5ft 7.5ins and taking the various reviews into account, ordered both sizes 14 and 16. I could get away with either, but the size 14 was a better fit on the shoulders. Sleeve length was perfect. Still undecided whether to keep the size 14.
