Too greasy

No, I don't recommend this
With using all the antibacterial gels/sprays etc my hands had become really dry & wanted something to soothe & calm the skin I’ve used BBees lip salve & bought this expecting the texture of the product to be similar but this melts onto the skin it’s too greasy & when you’ve used it you can’t pick anything up. I’ve ended up wiping it off, altho to be fair you can still feel the grease afterwards - so it must be working ? I’ll persevere & use at night & leave for a hour & then wipe away any remainder Also made the mistake of thinking I’d use on my feet especially heels which were very dry & even though I wiped off my heels after leaving for an hour it still made greasy marks on the bedding Have bought another cream like salve for everyday but will keep this & use weekly as a deep treatment

Smells great!

My hands get very dry, especially with the frequent use of anti-bac cleansers and sanitizers and gardening. This salve is very moisturizing and smells fabulous. I have not given 5 stars because the lid does not fit well and calls off easily so it can't be carried in a bag.

Find it difficult to use, find the hand cream version much better. The salve is hard to get out of the pot to rub on your hands.

I have aging hands with brown spots and clear small bumps. This hand salve got rid of my clear bumps and reduced the age spots. A little greasy so rub it in lots but well worth it.

I received a small tin of this in a gift set, and ended up getting the large tin before I even got halfway in the sample tin. I paint, had a 3 yr old and a cat, and a bit of a neat freak, so I'm constantly washing my hands. I've tried hand creams from a bunch of other brands, and nothing seemed to retain the moisture in my skin. This has not only helped when my skin is dry, but because of its formulation, tends to form a barrier over the skin so the next time I wash my hands, it doesn't strip away all of the product or the goodness it has provided. It can be quite oily, and I do apply this about 2-4 times a day (but as I said, I wash my hands a lot cleaning up after a messy cat and a child, and getting oil paint off my hands). I would definitely recommend.

I have bought this salve for years now as it really does soften your skin and feeds it at the same time, bought this tin for my daughter as she has dry hands also her husband is using it as well and they are both well impressed with it. As it stands now you are one of only 3 shops that sell this product in Carlisle.

Oily

Strong lavender fragrance. Very greasy/oily consistency, which I hope will cure dry, cracked skin. Tin is quite masculine and reminiscent of furniture polish.
