Purchased this together with the bookcase for a spare bedroom/ study. The real wood used has a wonderful deep, warm finish and is really tactile. Solid construction which looks and feels like a great quality product. However the handles on the sliding doors of the cupboard at the bottom feel as though they should be slightly larger too give a more substantial and confident feel when opening and closing the doors. Also the cupboard comes with an adjustable shelf which we are unable to fit due to 2 of the 4 supports being the wrong size. Tried telephoning customer support hoping that 2 correct ones could be posted out and had to go around the houses ( including a visit from an independent assessor) and wait over 3 weeks to be told that they were unable to source the replacements but could send out a complete new unit. Still I would definitely buy again as the overall effect of the 2 units is just what we were after

Very good quality and exactly the style and size was looking for. Poor delivery service, had an issue with the delivery crew solved by the M&S team from the store I bought the cabinet. Ended up getting a £50 voucher from M&S (big thank you!).
