Unfortunately the lining on this jacket is a very pale blue, which is a bit strange, but also the underside of the collar is like a pale blue felt and it shows round the edge of the collar, which looks awful.

Ordered this jacket for my Hubble who always wears M&S jacket size 42 long. This jacket was too tight and we had to return the suit. 44 long was too big.

I purchased this suit as I wanted a saville Ros inspired suit and was willing to pay slightly more. I bought a slim fit jacket online (they only stocked regular at London Colney store). This was because I have broad shoulders yet a slimmer waist and the regular jacket puffed out too much when I did the buttons up and also make me look like and American football player with the wider shoulder pads. However, the slim fit jacket doesn’t give me this square look. I purchased regular trousers as the slim fit ones weren’t comfortable. I think I will mix and match in future as I want the suit to look good but also feel comfortable. I’m quite happy with my purchase.

This is a nice suit only problem is the collar has a light blue felt lining and when you view the jacket standing next to the person wearing it you see the lining which looks very strange on such a dark suit. Only seems to be on the 42 to 46 range the others look fine. Obviously the lining is stitched in to close to the edge with no room to trim off. Even tried ordering on line and it's the same. Store does not see a problem even though they admit it can be seen. Two ladies in the waiting area commented on the poor finish on the collar whilst suit was being tried on by my husband.
